Free during testing. After that, we agree a price for the modules you choose.
Ask for your venue's price- Direct support from our team, by phone or on site.
- Card payments and WhatsApp messaging are set up with you during onboarding.
Common questions
Can we start with the loyalty program only?
Yes. The loyalty program, campaigns and messaging run on their own, beside your POS. Add other modules later.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The card opens in their browser from a link or a QR.
Can cash-paying guests earn points?
Yes. A waiter records the cash or card-machine payment, and the points follow. Tips never earn.
Can points pay for dishes or reduce a bill?
Choose dishes priced in points or credit off the bill. You set earning rates per tier. Redemption is fixed at 10 points = AED 1, with no cash payout.
How is cashback different from a prepaid wallet?
Guests earn points by spending. With a wallet, they pay in advance and receive any top-up bonus you set. Choose one mode for your venue.
Can staff enrol guests without WhatsApp?
Yes. Staff enrol them at the counter and give them a sign-in QR.
How does tabl work with our POS?
Keep your POS. tabl runs beside it in a browser and has no POS integration yet. Staff enter tabl sales in the POS and record cash or card-machine payments in tabl.
What hardware do we need?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Use your existing devices.
What does setup involve?
We set up what you chose: the program with you, your menu from a PDF if ordering is in, staff accounts, QR tents if tables are in.
How is pricing agreed?
Free during the testing phase. After it, a monthly amount per venue for the modules you select, agreed with you.
